5 ways to improve your skin

Sleep 
Too little leaves your skin looking tired and dull, so don’t stay up any longer than you have to, and give your skin the chance to relax and recharge.

Diet

It should be full of the right vitamins, minerals  and nutrients--they’re not only good for your body, but will keep your skin looking good, too. And always eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day.

Massage  
Five minutes, twice a week, of firm but gentle sweeping movements upwards and outwards will boost the circulation and help reduce puffiness, leaving your skin glowing with health.
